Legal counsel since November 2010 entered into the list of Legal Counsels maintained by the Circuit Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw under number WA - 7159. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and American Law School run in cooperation with The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.

She has an experience in rendering comprehensive legal services to business entities, particularly in the field of Commercial Law, including M&A transactions, Corporate Law, Civil and Labour Law, Administrative Law as well as General Conditions of Contract FIDIC. First of all, however, she specializes in Public Procurement Law.

After graduating the university for several years she worked for a large international law office White&Case where she mainly provided legal assistance in M&A transactions and general corporate matters relating to the daily operations of companies.

In 2010 she commenced her own legal practice and started to cooperate on a regular basis with T-Legal Law Office in Poznan. In this period she rendered legal services to a large international firm being a leader in the area of manufacturing and distribution of plant protection products as well as to one of the largest companies involved in development of an infrastructure related to water management and wastewater systems. She has been also provided advisory to entrepreneurs maintaining wind power plants and one of the leading Polish provider of multimedia solutions (widely understood Digital Signage).

Thanks to comprehensive character of legal services provided to the law office’s clients she developed her skills in the field of Civil Law, Labour Law, Administrative Law, Public Procurement Law and General Conditions of Contract FIDIC.

Since June 2013 she acts independently within her own law office in Warsaw in Mokotów district.

She speaks English fluently.
